Chronic Pinocchiosis is a condition that causes an individual’s nose to horizontally grow by a millimetre every time they knowingly lie. Once it grows, it does not shrink back, and it is magically immune to rhinoplasty or any other attempt at artificial shrinkage. Long noses do not cause any significant health issues and nose growth caused by Chronic Pinocchiosis is not hereditary.
